Matt Cutts is taking on his own 30 day vegan challenge. For the next 30 days Matt will not consume any animal products. In the broadest terms, that means no meat, no fish, no dairy, no eggs. No dairy means no milk, no cheese, no butter, no yogurt.
While this might sound like deprivation, in fact a vegan diet is about abundance and can be most delicious and nutritious and not feel at all like a sacrifice. Easy for me to say, right? I realize though that navigating the non-vegan world to find what is vegan, nutritious and delicious can be a challenge to a vegan new-be.
So Matt, I know you’re smart and that you know how to use the search engine you built to find some vegan recipes but if you ever need some ideas, tips or if you have a vegan question or need some advice I’m here.
I’m big on videos, so I thought I’d make you a video to welcome you to the vegan world. My twitter handle is Big City Vegan.
I have more videos up on the vegan lifestyle on my YouTube channel if you have any questions Big City Vegan on YouTube
I know that the Googleplex has great food but after doing some research you may want to check out Garden Fresh they are pretty close to the Googleplex and they are vegan.
