Vegucated Film U.S. Premiere Event in NYC

by Sharon Nazarian - Big City Vegan on 5:15 am

The U.S. premiere of the documentary film Vegucated is happening this Thursday night October 13th in NYC at the SVA Theatre located at 333 W. 23rd St. You can still purchase tickets to see the film and Q & A discussion with filmmaker, cast and crew. Purchase tix to attend the red carpet and after party as well. It’s going to be an exciting event that you definitely don’t want to miss.

This feature-length documentary follows the lives of three hard core omnivores as they learn all about being vegan and adopt a vegan diet for six weeks.

While I haven’t seen it yet, the reviews are in and they are spectacular. I’m so psyched to see it and will report back to you, filling you in on the evening festivities.

The after party will include crazy delicious vegan food from Candle Cafe, V-Spot, FoodSwings, Cinnamon Snail, Sweet & Sara, the Queen of Vegan Desserts Fran Costigan, Yoli Ouiya, and Verite Catering.

So come on out and hobnob with special guest, vegan celebrities like Simone Reyes, book authors like Victoria Moran, popular bloggers like Chloe Jo of Girlie Girl Army and Michael Parrish Dudell of Ecorazzi, vegan chef, author and Super Size Me star Alexandra Jamieson, just to name a few.

Learn more about Vegucated the movie and get your tickets to the NYC Vegucated event.

Now I just have to decide what to wear. Will I bust out my electric blue Cri de Coeur vegan pumps with my little black dress? The blue will definitely pop on the red carpet and my dress is loose enough to allow room for expansion which I might very well need with all the awesome vegan eats and treats that will be at the after party!

Will I see you there? Other screenings around the country have been scheduled so check out their website Get Vegucated for all the detes.
